In general, refurbishment can encompass such works as general upgrades, major repair work, alterations, conversions and modernisations.

A liability as a result of failing to comply with the lease covenants.

Provides an overview of the anticipated cost of reconstructing a building in the event of damage or total loss due to an insured risk, for insurance purposes.

Project managers prepare and negotiate budgets and work timetables. They also collaborate with specialists consultants as well as report on work progress and budget matters to the client.

A building is listed for its architectural or historic interest if it is considered to be of national importance and therefore worth protecting.

The Act came into force on 1st July 1997 and relates to preventing/resolving disputes between neighbours, only when certain construction work is carried out.

We provide detailed reports to identify works, costs, schedule routine and preventative maintenance to buildings.
