Major refurbishment works of a former retail unit with ancillary accommodation above into 4no self contained offices, ground floor/basement retail unit and reconfigured common parts to include bike store, shower facilities, wcs and equality act compliant shower room.

Works also included refurbishment of 6no third and fourth floor duplex apartments, comprising of upgrades to the kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, M&E provisions and finishes throughout including the installation of air conditioning and built in wardrobes. In addition, full external repairs and decorations were also carried out. Full common parts refurbishment and externals.

Client brief

Full internal and external building refurbishment including rear extension, reroofing, Demolition and reconstructon of common parts including the lift shaft, first floor change of use, M&E components, structural works, 4no Cat A office fit outs and whitebox the retail unit.
