Description
The common parts have been refurbished behind the historic facade of the Grade II listed building along the Strand. Since then we have also been involved with dilapidation claims and maintenance repairs at this address.
Client brief
Refurbishment works throughout the ornate common parts stairwell, WCs, lobbies and corridors. Upgrade lighting to LED and overhaul WCs.
Our role
Completed in 2017 we prepared the specification, pre construction information and manage the tendering process. Carry out ehe role of principal designer, contract administrator and project manager liaising with the design team, client and principal contractor.
