To carry out office refurbishment to the two top floors, including common parts works and the replacement of the external main entrance door/canopy.
Our role
Completed in 2019, we prepared the tender package and management of the procurement process. Carrying out the role of Principal Designer, Project Manager and Contract Administrator through to completion of the refurbishment works.
