Office refurbishment of existing floors and conversation of upper floor unit into double storey office space.
Phase 1: organise light refurbishment of the first and third floor offices.
Phase 2: conversion of residential space on floors 4th and 5th floors to office space.
Prepare the initial budget and CGI images to show the potential enhanced office space. Providing a tender package for phase one and act as contract administrator. While on site negotiate phase two works together with a refurbishment of the common parts whilst part of the property was in occupation.
