Appointed by the Freeholder GMS Estates Ltd, their tenant at 55/83 Blundell Street was meat packing company who went into administration.

GMS appointed us to act on their behalf. We read to lease to understand the provisions which involves a detailed examination of the lease, sub leases and any other associated documents such as the licence to alter. The contractual obligations must be understood before appraising any dilapidations claim.

We then surveyed the building, prepared schedule of dilapidations and negotiate the final settlement of £159,334.72.
