Completed in January 2020 our surveying team carried out Building Reinstatement Cost Assessments of a proportion of various properties of our client’s portfolio throughout London totalling £96 million.
We attended site and carried out a survey and check measurements of each address. Prepared and issued a BRCA report based on 2020 rebuilding costs giving an overview of the anticipated cost of reconstructing each building in the event of damage or total loss due to an insured risk, for insurance purposes. Meticulous attention detail must be given to each report to ensure it covers the full cost of demolition and rebuilding, together with any other allowances for professional fees.
