Refurbishment and reconfiguration including knocking through of the two addresses of this existing Victorian warehouse building into five high end finished offices over three floors. Originally the building was two separate addresses consisting of four offices and a penthouse residential flat, all of which was in need of updating.

Client brief

To convert the penthouse into a fifth office and complete refurbishment to all remaining internal areas of the building upgrading the existing offices, associated common parts, upgrading M&E and replacing the two lifts.

Our role

As the lead on the design team to progress the client’s requirements. Within our remit was to formulate the tender documentation, together with both financial control and contract administration/project management of the entire construction project from concept to completion.
