Our role
Prepare proposals to allow for the change of use of the first floor from commercial into residential. Carry out the role of principal designer, contract administrator/project manager to design the proposals, obtain local authority approvals including listed building consent. Within our remit was to formulate the tender documentation, together with both financial control and contract administration of the building project.
