Completed throughout 2023 our surveying team carried out 100 Reinstatement Cost Assessments of a variety of properties throughout Shaftesbury Capitals portfolio listed above totalling £245 million.
We attended site and carried out a survey and check measurements of each address. Prepared and issued a RCA reports based on 2023 rebuilding costs, giving an overview of the anticipated cost of reconstructing each building in the event of damage or total loss due to an insured risk, for insurance purposes. Meticulous attention detail must be given to each report to ensure it covers the full cost of demolition and rebuilding, together with any other allowances for professional fees.
