DILAPIDATIONS CLAIM - Appointed by the Freeholder GMS Estates Ltd, their tenant ‘Greenhill Rents’ was looking to sublet the space.

Therefore our surveyors were instructed to prepare an interim schedule of dilapidations for exterior repairs to be undertaken as part of agreement, including works to be undertaken above London Transport lines.

At present we are in discussions with the tenant’s consultants on progressing external repairs and redecorations in accordance with lease requirements.
