Client brief. To organise the external repair and redecoration of the premises including replacement of defective terracotta.
The building is listed Grade II and the works had to be carefully considered to respect the historic nature of the building. We also applied for and obtained listed building consent for the works. The repairs had to be properly specified to ensure the principles of the philosophy of building conservation were followed.
