Party Wall Matters – a complex party wall instruction where we acted as building owners surveyor in a scenario which had 16 different adjoining owners along Hounslow High Street.
Party Wall related were:
West block (left hand side of cottage) demolition of the existing properties and the forming of new build with pile foundations, scaffold licences, adjacent excavations and party wall works.
East block (right hand side of cottage) to alter the upper floors of an existing block, add additional floors, scaffold licences and party wall matters.

PLANNING PERMISSION GRANTED for our client @tcnuk for a large 185m2/1991sqft second floor rear roof terrace for use as an external break out area for all office tenants within the building.
