Party Wall Matters – a complex party wall instruction where we acted as building owners surveyor in a scenario which had 16 different adjoining owners along Hounslow High Street.
Party Wall related were:
West block (left hand side of cottage) demolition of the existing properties and the forming of new build with pile foundations, scaffold licences, adjacent excavations and party wall works.
East block (right hand side of cottage) to alter the upper floors of an existing block, add additional floors, scaffold licences and party wall matters.

Last year the homeowner appointed a building contractor to construct a first floor extension, extend the rear elevation at ground floor level, carry out extensive layout reconfigurations and full internal/external refurbishment including replacement windows and new M&E.
