The Chocolate Factory is located in a trendy and thriving cultural quarter of North London. With refurbishment works complete in 2017, this Victorian sweet factory has been converted into a centre of creative industries since the late 1990s
Client brief
To organise the creation of a new reception and meeting rooms as well as refurbish the upper floors into modern formal areas to attract new businesses.
Our role
We acted as Project manager, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer on the project. Our role required us to liaise with the design team and coordinate all aspects of the construction process to facilitate the delivery of the project.
