Instructed to carry out a full externals refurbishment of this spectacular Grade II listed 19th Century mixed-use building on Cannon Street. A bright red brick and terracotta renaissance construction over 5 storeys of office accommodation to upper floors and retail use to the ground floor and basement.
Sympathetic and meticulous repairs consisted of applying Keim mineral paints, terracotta restoration, brick cleaning, lime mortar re-pointing and a general overhaul of the roof and joinery.

Our role. Completed in 2018, we were appointed to prepare the full tender package. Manage the procurement process and carry out the role of contract administrator overseeing onsite progress. Working closely alongside Keim to ensure the preparations needed for correct application of their products was adhered too; and coordinating all aspects of the construction process to facilitate the delivery of this interesting project. Separate instructions at this address has also included preparing and negotiating dilapidations claims.
