Client brief. To organise the refurbishment of the common parts, including the creation of a new reception area and improved atrium and to create a new co working space at basement level.
Our role. To liaise with the design team and coordinate all aspects of the construction process to facilitate the delivery of the project on time and on budget.
We were responsible for all aspects of the works, including design, to the upper parts of the common areas. Within the reception, atrium and co working space we worked closely with the designers, Studio Tilt, to ensure their design was implemented.
The works had to be carefully planned and programmed to ensure disturbance and disruption within the fully occupied building was kept to a minimum whilst also complying with the relevant health and safety requirements.
