Client brief
To improve the corner street scene and to make the elevation more attractive prospective retail tenants. To include common parts refurbishment including the WC’s and the kitchenette off the half landings.
Our role
To prepare detailed tender package including drawings, specification and pre-construction in formation. Undertake the tender procedures and make recommendations to the client. Once the contractor was appointed proceeded with contract administrator duties and as project manager liaising and communicating with the whole team.
