Strand Contract Commencing Shortly

Phase 1 (orange highlighted area) extensive external repairs and redecorations contract in Strand now instructed by GMS Estates Limited to proceed onsite next month with principal contractor Sean Fallon
To date F&Ts involvement have been working closely alongside OmegaGeo, PSD Prime Scaffold and Structural Designs Limited and Furness Partnership as checking engineers. Allowing us to prepare the full tender package, manage the traditional procurement and interview process.
Once onsite we shall continue our involvement as project manager/contract administrator.
