STOCK CONDITION SURVEY and BRCA complete earlier this year for our client Workspace Group for a mixed use building near #Deptford #London. Carrying out the internal and external survey and providing a priced report of Landlords maintenance and repairs required over a 10 year period. As well as reassessing the building reinstatement and cost assessment.
