F&T have complete the role of Building Owners Party Wall Surveyor at Heyford Avenue, Vauxhall for a freeholder private client who is carrying out a rear extension, loft conversion and internal alterations to convert a dwelling into a duplex 3 bedroomed flat and a 6 roomed HMO.
Our role included close collaboration with curio architects to prepare and negotiate the content of 4no Party Wall Awards and schedule of conditions with two Adjoining Owner Surveyors for neighbouring flats.
