ADJOINING OWNERS PARTY WALL SURVEYOR services complete for phase 1 (demolition) of a redevelopment scheme at The Ritz.

Our party wall services involved agreeing 7no Party Wall Awards, scaffold licence and temporary fire escape provisions, to allow the demolition of the structure at 22 Arlington Street shown in red.
