Drone footage of the lightwell at 1 Gerrard Place #chinatown redevelopment showing a large new roof lantern, providing natural light into restaurant space directly below. Finishing the structure as a green roof using sedum pods as well as bird boxes for BREEAM purposes.
This footage is to accompany the photos previously posted 12 April showing the newly refurbished flats at 1 Gerrard Place, which can now enjoy a view looking down onto the sedum roof.
