A recently completed @CCScheme project in #Fitzrovia for our client @shaftesburyplc carried out by our #Architecture and #BuildingConsultancy department.
An area of central London, near London’s West End characterised by its mixed-use of residential, business, retail, education and healthcare, with no single activity dominating.
The client brief was a lateral conversion to link two properties at first, second and third floor levels. Then creating office floorspace with its own terrace and @sedumgreenroof to the first floor and high-end residential floorspace to all upper floors. All flats are fit out with @kba.kitchens @havwoods engineered flooring @FiredEarthUK tiling.
Our services for this £1.2m JCT building contract carried out by @NSConstruction7 over an 11 month onsite duration period involved our property consulting services from concept to completion. Whilst achieving a great score of 37/50 Considerate Constructors Scheme score. Our involvement consisted of a full design package to obtain local authority consents, preparation of the tender package and onsite project management. Including liaison with approved inspectors @wemakeshore and structural engineers @Furness_Eng.
Now the completed flats are handed over to @wearemapp for #propertymanagement.
The freeholder of this high rise modern building in #oldstreet instructed F&T to carry out a terminal schedule of dilapidations to one of the 2,800sqft offices.
