Description
Instructed to carry out a full externals refurbishment of this Grade II listed 19th Century mixed-use building on Cannon Street. Sympathetic and meticulous repairs consisted of applying Keim mineral paints, terracotta restoration, brick cleaning, lime mortar re-pointing and a general overhaul of the roof and joinery.

Our role
Completed in 2018, we prepared the full tender package and carry out the role of contract administrator overseeing onsite progress. Working closely alongside Keim to ensure the preparations needed for correct application of their products was adhered too.
