A completed project in Islington involving the upgrade and reconfiguration of the retail trading area.
Key aspects included coordinating multiple client contractors, such as the replacement of the air conditioning system, installation of new retail chiller and refrigeration units, and modifications to the existing walk-in back-of-house cold room. The project also involved upgrading data and CCTV infrastructure, enhancing display systems, and introducing new imagery, service points, and a Food To Go counter.
Additional works included replacing the store’s entrance doors to facilitate the installation of new chillers, along with a weekend crane lift to replace external plant equipment on the main roof.
