The site consisted of offices on the upper floors of 44 Wellington Street and adjoining 3 Russell Street. Also included within the works were the external repairs and decorations. Client brief
The brief was to convert these upper parts in to three one bedroom apartments. Plus the first floor conversion of 35 Catherine Street into a two bedroom apartment.
Our role
To prepare drawings for change of use at planning. We were appointed as the Principal Designer and prepared the tender package as well as project manager/contract administrator.
