The apartment is over three floors above and existing café. It was due refurbishment and modernisation while retaining the existing features and appearance of the Grade II Listed property, including protecting original floors, panelling, doors and windows.

We prepared tender documents and made recommendations to the client to appoint the successful principal contractor. We proceeded with contract administrator duties and as project manager, liaising and communicating with the whole project team.
