This first floor residence was originally a very large one bedroomed flat. Now reconfigured to form a two bedroomed self-contained flat, fully refurbished to a high standard.
Client brief
To organise the reconfiguration of the existing large one bedroom self-contained flat into an improved layout two bedroomed flat.
Our role
Completed in 2019, we were appointed to prepare the budgets, feasibility study, planning and building control drawings. Carry out the role of principal designer and contract administrator/project manager.
