Description
This was originally one restaurant arranged over six floors in Chinatown.
Client brief
To organise the residential conversion of the upper parts to create nine self- contained flats. The works also involved creation of two separate restaurants. The scheme was also intended to create a new frontage onto Horse and Dolphin Yard.
Our role
Completed in 2020, we were appointed as Project manager and contract administrator. We had to liaise with the design team and client and coordinate all aspects of the construction process to facilitate the delivery of the project on budget.
