Gary has recently joined in October 2023 as a Senior Building Surveyor.  He has 20 years’ experience as a building surveyor and prior to this worked in the civil engineering industry for 7 years managing large projects.  Gary has extensive experience in the maintenance of period buildings, helping to remedy defects and developing the properties to meet the needs of their users.

• Gary’s qualifications are as follows:
• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2009
• First Class Honours degree in Building Surveying (Coventry University, graduated 2004).
• 2:2 Honours degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Bradford University, graduated 1995).

“Outside of work interests, Gary enjoys running, cycling and hiking.  He has hiked mountains in the UK and overseas.
