PROJECT COMPLETE with Roots Contractors for our client Ashby Capital and their property managers @ashdownphillips to this large mixed use building in Tottenham Court Road.

The £300k works consisted of meticulous external repairs and specialist cleaning from pavement level upwards of this techcrete structure. Along with all associated bronze clad shopfronts/office entrance and upper floors windows/terraces. In addition to this a water repellent sealant coating was applied to the techcrete to retain its clean overhauled aesthetics for a longer duration.
