Refurbishment works complete and furnished to this triplex flat in @7dialslondon carried out by Roots Contractors for our client Shaftesbury Capital PLC.
Works consisted of full internal refurbishment, replacement windows upgraded to double glazing and full external repairs and redecorations achieving a C rating EPC and a @ccscheme score of 41/45.
