F&T reach new CC Scheme heights for Shaftesbury

Congratulations to the entire project team for excelling in efforts to achieve for the first time in our client @shaftesburyplc history a maxed out @ccscheme score of 45/45.
A refurbishment project in #chinatownlondon of an existing flat to create a three bedroom and three bathroom apartment over four upper floors. This project commenced in January 2022, with a completion date of May 2022 carried out by principal contractor Roots Contractors Ltd.
Our role was to obtain listed building consent, duties of principal designer, prepare the full tender package, manage procurement and continue our role onsite as contract administrator/project manager.
