F&T Concludes Brixton Dilapidations Claim, Secures Cash Settlement for TCNUK Landlord

Terminal dilapidations claim concluded and cash settlement agreed with a tenant who has occupied the office space since 2013.
F&T was instructed by landlord @tcnuk to inspect the #Brixton address, prepare, price up and formally serve the schedule of dilapidations. Along with negotiating the cash settlement with the tenants appointed surveyor.
