Flat Refurbishment Complete

PROJECT COMPLETE, second floor two bedroom flat refurbishment including terrace.
F&Ts role was from concept to completion carrying out our in-house architectural design services. Working alongside our surveyors to prepare the tender package and negotiate costings with the clients selected principal contractor.
Once works commenced onsite we carried out the roles of project manager and contract administrator.
