Phases 1 & 2 externals repair and redecorations to this Grade II Listed Building is now complete by @falloncobuilders for our client GMS Estates Ltd and managing agents Tandem Property Asset Management

Meticulous stone masonry and joinery restoration was carried out including roof covering and rainwater good overhaul to all elevations and its several large landlocked light wells of this enormous mixed-used, spectacular property located opposite the Royal Courts of Justice.

Phasing of the works were separated over two service charge years to fully restore the envelope of this address and its intricate façade.

F&T services:

~ Consultant and manage scaffold designs and structural engineers.
~ Agree scaffold licences with adjoining owners.
~ Consultant with measured surveyors to prepare elevations drawings.
~ Survey the condition of all external areas.
~ Prepare full tender package.
