Notting Hill project concludes

F&T have complete the role of Building Owners Party Wall Surveyor for an architect who is also the building owner to a dwelling near Notting Hill. Creating a 3 bedroomed family home with rear extension, loft conversion and internal alterations.
Our role included close collaboration with the building owner and their appointed structural engineers Quorum.
We prepared and negotiated the content of 2no Party Wall Awards and schedule of conditions with two Adjoining Owner Surveyors for the neighbouring dwellings.
