Charity fundraising and business development with a difference!
What an amazing few days at WackyRaces 2025 rally through Europe to raise funds for the PACS1 Syndrome Research Foundation and The Whole Life Villages.
PACS1 Syndrome is a very rare genetic condition caused by mutation of the PACS1 gene. It is not inherited from either parent, but it will be passed on to a patient’s child. There are only a few hundred cases that have been identified worldwide.
Whereas The Whole Life Villages charity is to design & build a care village comprising of housing a respite centre, care home, cafe, restaurant, education hub, gardens and safe place to play and relax.
Andy spent a week driving 1,700 miles through Europe with 21 sportscars and supercars, 42 car enthusiasts all in the same industry, making it great networking. An amazing driving experience, mind blowing scenery and fantastic memories with a bunch of equally wacky people with the below itinerary:
Day 1 UK – Metz, France
Day 2 Metz – Adelboden, Switzerland
Day 3 Adelboden – Lake Como, Italy
Day 4 Lake Como – Geneva, Switzerland
Day 5 Geneva – Troyes, France
Day 6 Troyes — UK
It was great to catch up with existing contacts to develop business relationships aswell as meet many new contacts as the event has doubled in size in a year.
