Works complete carrying out the project management/contract administration role, working alongside specialists drainage consultants Pluviam Environmental Ltd managing agents Ashdown Phillips and Principal Contractor HDB Services Ltd replacing the base build defective concealed drainage system serving 10no large blocks of super loos throughout this high end office building in Kensington for our mutual client Ashby Capital

Some of the floors had WC blocks demised to the tenants, the remainder was off of common parts.

Strip out, repair and making good works had to be split into two separate phases prioritising worst the affected floor level as a phase 1 building contract, which incorporated additional investigations to better understand the severity of the defects and works needed, whilst using the most practical solutions to sequence the repairs. This helped gauge the programming and sequencing of which floors took precedence for the remainder of the address when the phase 2 building contract works were carried out. All whilst the building was occupied and during normal working hours to give our client best value for money.
