Richard Spencer joins the F&T team

NEW JOINER to the Building Surveying team as our new Senior Surveyor. We welcome Richard Spencer, who has extensive experience in party wall matters, building pathology and project management.
He obtained his MRICS in 2002 and has project delivery experience in healthcare (NHS and Private), transport infrastructure, commercial and defence sectors.
Outside of work Richards life is generally centred around his family. He also has a keen interest in historic buildings, travelling and yoga.
