Carrying out the internal and external survey, providing a priced report of Landlords maintenance and repairs required over a 10 year period.
Formatted in a manner that separately highlights the severity of the repair required. Graded with a condition rating from A good to D bad and a priority grading of 1 urgent to 4 beyond five years planned period to prevent deterioration.
