Luv joined us in 2020 and is an APC candidate building surveyor training to for his MRICS qualification. He is assisting directors in all surveying duties such as Dilapidations, Party Wall, Licences, Building Pathology, Contract Administration, Design and specification etc. He undertook the APC final assessment for the first time in November 2019 and preparing to re-sit APC interview.

• Luv’s qualifications are:
• – Distinction, MSc in General Building Surveying at University College of Estate Management in May 2018
• – First Class Degree, BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying Commercial Management at University of Greenwich, receiving the CIOB Certificate of Excellence in 2014

“Outside of work Luv enjoys sports such as basketball, football, badminton and rock climbing. As well as meditation, cooking, travelling, sketching and pyrography.”
