Client brief
To knock through all three properties and reconfigure layouts plus a rear extension to form 14 flats, shared common parts and a shell and core unit with new shopfront.
Our role
Prepare the initial budget, drawings package to obtain planning permission and building regulation approval. Dealing with all Party Wall Matters, preparing the tender package and management of the procurement process. Carrying out the role of Principal Designer, Project Manager and Contract Administrator through to completion of the refurbishment works.
