One of Charterhouse Square’s finest buildings

Instructed by our client @GMSestates our Property Management department manages this mixed use building located in Charterhouse Square, backing onto Barbican underground.

The square this building over looks is the largest courtyard associated with the London Charterhouse, mostly formed of Tudor architecture restored after the London Blitz.

Our Property Management department handles all the landlord and tenant matters relating to the occupation and management. As well as service charge and facilities management.

Whilst Fresson & Tee’s Architecture and Building Consultancy department have previously completed the common parts refurbishment and settling #dilapidations claims.
