Let to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government until 9 January 2019, the building comprises 21,953 sq. ft., over ground first and second floors along with 88 parking spaces.

Fresson & Tee advised the purchaser whilst ADS Real Estate represented the vendors in the end of 2016 sale.
