A Great Example of F&T’s Property Management Expertise

Instructed by our client GMS Estates Ltd, our Property Management department manages this spectacular Grade II listed 19th Century mixed-use building on Cannon Street. A beautiful bright red brick and terracotta renaissance construction over 5 storeys of office accommodation

Our Property Management department handles all the landlord and tenant matters relating to the occupation and management. As well as service charge, rent collection and facilities management.

Last year Fresson & Tee’s Architecture and Building Consultancy department completed the specification and project management of the external repairs and redecorations restoration carried out by @FallonCoBuilders under a @JCTContracts of £153,000.00. Sympathetic and meticulous repairs consisted of applying @KEIM_UK mineral paints, terracotta restoration, brick cleaning, lime mortar repointing and a general overhaul of the roof and joinery.

Our inhouse Building Surveyors have also previously prepared and negotiated fnial settlement for two #dilapidations claims for separate offices at this address following lease expiry.
