Ken
Fresson commenced trading as a chartered surveyor in 1929
and was joined in partnership by John Tee 1957. The partnership
opened a London office in King's Cross soon after and this is where we
remain today.
Ken Fresson retired in 1966 although the partnership
continued to evolve with William Shaw joining as a full time
employee in October 1968 with John Tee retiring in 1994.
William retired as senior partner on December 31, 2001 whereupon he
became a consultant to Fresson & Tee. He finally hung up his damp
meter and took full retirement in April 2008.
Ian Mackay joined Fresson & Tee in 1973 and became a partner in
1976. Ian retired as a partner in January 2008 but continues to work
on our behalf as our consultant.
Fresson & Tee’s management team is now in its third generation
and on 1 February 2008, converted from a traditional partnership to a
limited company.
